Lol! I talked to Matt and he said they are now having all the flares taped off from here on out, just wish I was told sooner.
I would have had it prepped while off the motor AND had a seal just in case. I'll be making a PSA soon, don't worry. ps, I'd have picked up the BDE rails, but I just didn't want to screw with returning the plenum, the balance tube (And messing with the AN tube inlets), the lower plenum, etc.
It really was too much to deal with - Enter Murphy, that dirty mother ********....
